Our service agreements are tailored based on consumption levels, the operating environment, and the specific end user. Regular preventative maintenance is essential for all professional coffee machines, including bean-to-cup and barista models, to ensure they operate at peak performance.
Most modern office coffee solutions will serve hot beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas, making professional maintenance crucial to maintaining drink quality.
Our plans include quarterly preventative maintenance visits to clean and adjust the equipment while proactively identifying potential issues, ensuring consistent performance, and reducing the risk of downtime.
Many of our service plans also offer callouts for breakdowns and quality adjustments based on drink preferences at no additional cost. Additionally, we provide the option to include coverage for machine parts throughout the lifetime of the service agreement.
The team has over 20 years of combined experience, featuring a service desk that quickly handles breakdown notifications and expert technicians who arrive prepared with tools and parts to efficiently address most issues on-site.
We strongly recommend service plans with any acquiring method, but we understand that each business has unique needs. Therefore, we offer breakdown support and repairs for any machines purchased outright from us on a pro-rata basis. Maintenance services are included as part of the coffee machine rental agreements.
